At Greystoke we know that time is becoming our most precious commodity.  Quality time to spend with family or friends, time to play sport or simply time to relax is rare when so much time is spent working.  Whether you work in an office or in your home your free time should be exactly that.  With this in mind we offer a design and build service that means your building project is reliably managed from start to finish by one of our Project Managers.  Project management is defined as the discipline of planning, organising and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.  A building project requires the highest level of competence to deal with everything from complex planning issues right down to matching the colour of your existing bricks.

Your project begins with an informal meeting where we can get to know you and find out exactly what you want to achieve, your timescales and budget.  We then go away and assemble the right team for your development before a second meeting with an architect or structural engineer goes into more detail and the design phase proper can begin.  Once the design has been agreed your Project Manager takes over and you are able to sit back and let us do the work for you. We will stay in touch and update you with regular progress reports and we are always available to answer and queries you may have.  Your level of involvement can be as high or low as you choose because with a Greystoke Project Manager it’s as good as being there yourself.
